There are lots of fun-packed ways you can fundraise for RESULTS. From organising an event to doing a sponsored challenge – whatever you do, and whatever amount of money you raise, you will be helping us in our advocacy for an end to global poverty and injustice. See below for ideas and inspiration of ways to fundraise.
Whatever you decide on, RESULTS will be with you every step of the way – from supporting you with the planning right through to celebrating your achievements.

Organise your own event
Organising and running an event can be a great way to fundraise for RESULTS, as well as being a meaningful way to connect with your community and raise awareness of our work. Organising an event can be hugely rewarding and bring your group together, helping to build realtionships with fellow advocates. There are many different events you could run, such as:
- Community event – Just like the Poole group, you could run a cream tea event or plant sale in your local community. You could also host a summer BBQ, film screening, clothes swap or quiz night.
- Bake off – fundraising doesn’t get much more tastier than holding your own Bake Off. You could even double-up and hold a bake off competition at work or at school and then sell the cakes afterwards.
Sponsored challenge
There are many different challenges you, or your group, could do and ask your friends and family to sponsor you for. For example, a sponsored walk, run or cycle. You could organise this yourself or look out for an organised sponsored challenge to join and take part in for RESULTS UK.
