September conference call recording now available

I’m pleased to share that a recording of the September grassroots conference call is now available to download here.

With just over a week until The Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria’s Fifth Replenishment conference in Montreal, RESULTS campaign groups across the UK will be writing joint letters to the new Secretary of State for International Development, Priti Patel this month, calling on her to match the ambition of other major donors and pledge £1.2 billion to the Global Fund.

We were joined on the call by special guest speakers, TB Doctor Jess Potter and lead TB Nurse Sue Dart. Jess and Sue have recently visited Cambodia with RESULTS UK to see first-hand the lifesaving work of the Fund. They spoke about the challenges they face diagnosing and treating TB in London, their experiences of TB and MDR-TB in Cambodia, and explained why a successful Global Fund replenishment is so important.
